  Dr. Ben is great, however, the majority of his staff is useless for patients. I can never get a hold of his nurse whom ALWAYS seems to only have the opportunity to call back ATLEAST two days later and always right before closing (5:00pm). I'm currently looking for other physicians simply for the fact that I was advised and referred to have X-rays done due to severe pain and I would be contacted back by the end of the day.... it's been 3 days later and still have NOT got my results or have heard anything from anyone there! I've called several times a day and STILL nothing. This practice has poor interest in their patients as far as the nurses go. Not to mention, as you're sitting in the waiting rooms waiting for the doctor, you can hear the nurses speaking among themselves with their negative/rude comments about patients, which in my opinion is highly unprofessional! I love Dr. Ben, but for that fact that these "nurses" seem as though they could give a hoot about the patients is a sure sign that I will not be continuing my health needs there, nor would I recommend them. I wish they had a "comment box" or "ratings box" for patients to fill out, but then again I'm sure they know the exact comments they would receive.
